Description
A mechanical ventilator, breathing machine, or respirator is the medical device that provides constant oxygen to the patient whose lungs cannot properly work on their own. In this way, besides the ventilator’s stability, the steadiness of the power that delivers to the machine becomes critical.
 
The HPU150B series is a medical power supply that can persistently deliver stable and reliable power to medical breathing devices. The power supplies are available in 12v, 24v, 36v, and 48v single output, accepting a universal input of 90-260 Vac and offer a constant power of up to 150W at 93% typical power efficiency. Presenting reliability and durability, the modules feature DoE efficiency regulation, low earth leakage current, high ESD immunity, a wide operating temperature range of -10 to +70°C, 5000M altitude operational ability, and active power factor correction (PFC) to improve power quality.
 
The series is a class II medical power supply with a protection level of 2 x MOPP for the patient and operator. All modules are certified to IEC60601-1 3.1 edition, ES60601-1: 2005, CSAC22.2 NO.60601-1:14, EN60601-1:2006, UL94V-1, RoHS directive and carry comprehensive safety certificates and markings, which not only guarantees the safety and quality of the power supplies but allows them to be sold legally in various countries and regions.
 
The series is suitable for use on medical breathing devices including respiratory monitors, medical ventilators (mechanical ventilators), portable breathing machines, respirators, respiratory machines, etc. It features a type B AC inlet (IEC320 C8); please check the HPU150A series for a type A AC inlet (IEC320 C14).
